What documents are required for vendor registration?
You will need your business registration certificate, VAT registration (if applicable), proof of insurance, list of qualified staff with certifications, and at least two client reference contacts from previous similar work.
How long does the vendor approval process take?
The initial review takes approximately 5 working days. Shortlisted vendors may be invited for a capability assessment before final approval, which can take up to 3–4 weeks in total.
Are there minimum qualifications for service providers?
Yes. Vendors must hold valid business registration, have a minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant service category, and employ certified technicians for technical disciplines such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
