Who We Are
Sampath Center is the in-house facility management division of Sampath Bank PLC — one of Sri Lanka’s leading commercial banks, established in 1986. Our mandate is to ensure every Sampath Bank building is safe, functional, and meets the bank’s professional standards.
We coordinate an ecosystem of approved specialist service providers covering MEP services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), soft services (cleaning, pest control, landscaping), and civil works — all governed under a unified quality framework.
The division works in close collaboration with bank operations, IT, and compliance teams to maintain uninterrupted service delivery across the entire branch network.
